Location: Carretera de Sa Font de Sa Cala, Capdepera, Mallorca
(Hotel and courts within easy walking distance)

Dates: Sunday 5th till Friday 9th April, 2027

Camp Format:

• Coach-led training

• Match play

• Tactical & theory sessions

• Social Padel

• Free Play

🏨 Accommodation Status (Important)

Accommodation Selection – Confirmed

Your selected accommodation option is confirmed, unless we contact you otherwise.

Your accommodation details have been recorded as part of your camp booking, and no further action is required from you at this stage.

Your confirmation includes:

• Hotel: Hotel Na Taconera

• Room type: Your selected room type

• Board basis: Your selected board basis

• Check-in & check-out: As outlined during your booking

If there are any changes or issues with your selected accommodation, we’ll contact you directly with the relevant information.

💳 Payment Confirmation

If You Paid a Deposit

Your deposit has been received, and your place on the camp is secured.

Whether you have booked Camp Only or Camp + Accommodation, your remaining balance will be due on Monday 1st March, 2027.

What happens next:

Your remaining balance invoice will be sent to you on Monday 8th February, 2027.
Payment of the remaining balance is due by Monday 1st March, 2027.
Your invoice will include a payment link and details of the outstanding balance.
Deposits are non-refundable, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

No action is required from you until your invoice is sent.

If You Paid in Full

Thank you. Your full payment has been received and no further payment is due.

​⏳ 48-Hour Cooling-Off Period

You have 48 hours from the time of booking to cancel without penalty. After this period, our standard cancellation policy applies.

✈️ Travel & Transfers
Flights are the responsibility of the participant and are not included in the camp package.

Airport Transfers
Return airport transfers are included in your package.

You’ll receive:

• Transfer times

• Meeting point details

• Arrival instructions

These will be sent closer to the camp start date, once all arrival information has been coordinated.

Extended Stays
Any requests for extended stays were collected during the sign-up process. If you selected this option, your confirmation email will reflect this.

Over the coming weeks, here’s what you can expect:

1. Camp Welcome Pack

   • Including:

     • Weekly training structure

     • Session themes and format

     • What to bring (on and off court)

     • Local area tips for Cala Ratjada and the surrounding areas

2. Final Balance Invoice (if applicable)

   • If you paid a deposit, your remaining balance invoice will be sent on Monday 8th February, 2027, with payment due by Monday 1st March, 2027.

3. Airport Transfer Details

   • Sent closer to camp, including arrival coordination and pick-up information.

4. Pre-Camp Check-In Email

   • Training group confirmation

   • Final reminders

   • Optional socials and free-play information

This camp is designed as a pre-season training environment, informative, purposeful, and enjoyable. Sessions focus on understanding how and why we play, building confidence through clarity rather than intensity, and preparing players for the upcoming Padel season in a supportive and fun environment.
