💳 Payment Details

If You Paid a Deposit:

A £100 deposit has been received and is non-refundable (see our Terms & Conditions).

Your final balance is due by Friday, 15 January 2027.

A payment link for the remaining balance will be sent on 15 December 2026.

We'll send you a reminder closer to the due date, but feel free to reach out if you'd like to pay your balance earlier.

If You Paid in Full:

Thank you! Your full payment has been received.

Please note that £75 of your payment is a non-refundable deposit, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

🏨 Accommodation Payment Details

If You Paid an Accommodation Deposit:

An accommodation deposit has been received and is non-refundable (see our Terms & Conditions).

Your remaining accommodation balance is due by 1st January, 2027.

 

A payment link for the remaining balance will be sent on 1st December, 2026.

We'll send you a reminder closer to the due date, but feel free to contact us if you'd like to settle your balance sooner.

If You Paid Accommodation in Full:

Thank you! Your accommodation payment has been received in full.

No further accommodation payments are due.

⏳ 48-Hour Cooling-Off Period

You have 48 hours from the time of booking to cancel without penalty. After this period, our standard cancellation policy will apply.

✈️ Travel Arrangements

Flights, travel insurance, visas (if required), and transportation to and from Lanzarote are the responsibility of each participant unless otherwise stated in your booking.

​

If you've requested assistance with travel arrangements, our team will be in touch within 3–5 working days with available options and recommendations.

​

We strongly recommend arranging travel insurance as soon as possible after booking.
