SESSION DETAIL

Dates

Start: Tuesday 5th May or Wednesday 6th May, 2026

 

Duration: 18-week performance programme

 

End: Tuesday 1st September or Wednesday 2nd September, 2026

 

Strategic timing: Concludes immediately before the UKBT Tour Finals, ensuring peak preparation for the most important events of the season

 

Weekly Schedule

Day options: Tuesday or Wednesday

Time: 6:30pm – 8:30pm

Session length: 2 hours

Former England international and 2018 Commonwealth Games athlete, known for high performance and competitive edge.

2 INSTALMENTS

Prefer shorter commitments? You can sign up for two separate 9-week blocks at £200 per block (one session per week).

This option offers more flexibility, but at a higher overall cost if you complete the full 18 weeks.

FULL PAYMENT

Commit to the full 18 weeks (one session per week) with one session per week and get the best value for your training.

At £360 total, this option works out cheaper than splitting into shorter blocks, while giving you consistency, progression, and accountability from start to finish
