From expert coaching and epic rallies on golden beaches to new friendships and island vibes, this camp is all about playing hard and living well. ✅ Booking Confirmation Summary

Camp: Lanzarote February Half-Term Beach Volleyball Camp

💳 Payment Details

You Paid a Deposit:

A £100 deposit has been received and is non-refundable (see our Terms & Conditions, and at the end of this page are the camp-specific T&C's).


Your final balance is due by: Thursday, 15th January, 2026 (A payment link for the remaining balance will be sent via email on the 1st January)


We’ll send you a reminder closer to the time, but feel free to reach out if you’d like to pay earlier!

🏠Accommodation Details (If selected)

Room allocations and roommate information will be shared with you on Tuesday, 2nd December, once the camp is fully confirmed (or earlier if 12 participants are confirmed). To help us secure the most suitable and cost-effective option, please make sure you’ve selected all room types you’re happy with during your booking. This flexibility allows us to efficiently and fairly match campers.

 

Estimated Room Costs:

  • 🛏️ Single Room: £720–£760

  • 👯 Twin Room: £420–£450

  • 👨‍👩‍👧 Triple/Quad Room: £380–£420

Accommodation invoices will be sent once room allocations are confirmed.

🧾 Payment Timeline

  • Camp & Accommodation 

    • Monday, 1st December, Camp confirmation at the latest (minimum 12 participants required)

  • Accommodation Payment Timeline

    • Tuesday, 2nd December: Accommodation and roommate details sent (at the latest)

    • Tuesday, 16th December Accommodation payment due

  • Remaining Camp Balance Payment Timeline

    • Thursday,1st January: Remaining camp balance invoices sent

    • Thursday, 15th January, Final camp balance due

⏳ 48-Hour Cooling-Off Period

You have 48 hours from the time of booking to cancel without penalty. After this period, our standard cancellation policy will apply.

✈️ Flights to Lanzarote

Campers are responsible for booking flights to Lanzarote Airport (ACE).

We recommend arriving on Sunday, 15th February and departing on Saturday, 21st February to align with camp check-in and check-out times. However, if you like to arrive a little earlier or depart a little later, then please email support@hybridvacations.com so we can help accommodate your request.

📧 You’ll receive an email confirmation shortly with a summary of your booking and payment details.
🏖️ On 2nd December, we’ll send you your accommodation confirmation and invoice for payment (if you selected Accommodation with us)

🤝 Additional T&C's for Lanzarote Half Term Camp

1. Camp Confirmation

The camp requires a minimum of 12 confirmed participants for it to go ahead.
Final confirmation of the camp will be made on 1st December 2025.

 

2. Deposits & Refund Policy

All deposits are fully refundable if the camp does not proceed.

Once the camp is confirmed on 1st December, deposits become non-refundable after 15th December.

If a participant withdraws after 15th December, the deposit cannot be refunded unless you can find a replacement player to take your child’s place.

 

3. Remaining Balance

Final balance payment links will be sent on 1st January.

All remaining balances must be paid by 15th January to secure the camper’s place.

Failure to complete payment by this date may result in the place being released to another participant and loss of deposit.

 

4. Accommodation

Accommodation is optional and can be arranged independently or through Hybrid Travel.

Booking accommodation through Hybrid ensures that:

Campers are supervised and safeguarded according to best practices.

They are located close to the camp venue for safety and convenience.

Campers staying elsewhere will be under the responsibility of their parent/guardian outside of camp hours.

 

5. Camp Safety & Safeguarding

All coaches and staff are DBS-checked, first aid trained, and experienced in working with young athletes.

A designated Safeguarding Lead will be present throughout the camp.

Parents/guardians will be provided with emergency contact details and the daily schedule prior to arrival.

 

6. Cancellations & Adjustments

In the unlikely event that Hybrid must cancel the camp, all payments (including deposits) will be refunded in full.

In case of force majeure (e.g. travel restrictions, natural events), Hybrid will provide alternative dates or credit for a future camp.

 

7. Communication

Parents will receive all travel, accommodation, and safeguarding information in advance of the camp.

You can contact the Hybrid team at any time for advice or support relating to travel, preparation, or general camp questions.
