• 9x 2h training sessions

Accommodation Booking – Pending Hotel Confirmation

Your accommodation request has been successfully submitted to our partner.

As this camp includes a third-party accommodation provider, your room is confirmed once the hotel finalises availability, similar to how platforms like Expedia or Booking.com operate.

This process usually takes 2–5 working days.

What happens next:​

• Once confirmed, you’ll receive an email with:

  • Accommodation name and location

  • Room type and board basis

  • Check-in and check-out details

  • Any accommodation-specific information

• A lower portion of your payment is classed as a non-refundable deposit (£100), in line with our Terms & Conditions

⏳ 48-Hour Cooling-Off Period

Travel to Gstaad
Depending on your arrival location within Switzerland, the following are the best methods to travel to Gstaad

Travel Suggestions:

• Trains - Switzerland prioritises public transport - Download SwissPass Mobile - This is the best app for getting around Switzerland, very clear, gives live updates and can be used for multiple trips and passengers. 

• Hire a car - If you intend to drive around the Swiss mountains in your downtime or take the opportunity on the Wednesday half day to explore, then a hire car is best. 

• WhatsApp Group - If you're not sure how to get to Gstaad or are looking for travel partners, why not message in the WhatsApp group chat? We'll share the group chat details in your welcome pack before the camp. 

Extended Stays
Any requests for extended stays were collected during the sign-up process. If you selected this option, your accommodation confirmation email will reflect this.

Sessions focus on understanding how and why we play, building confidence through clarity rather than intensity, and preparing players for the ongoing beach season in a supportive and fun environment.
